At Level 8, each painting service is guaranteed to be of the highest quality. As such, great care is taken no matter how large or small the part being refinished is. This may increase turn around time for the part. If you have a question regarding the current processing time, please do no hesitate to call.
Currently, we are not offering camouflage designs, please check back in the near future for the availability of these designs.
We ask all customers to thoroughly clean and inspect their parts BEFORE shipping them to Level 8. Parts that are exceptionally dirty will be cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner at the rate of $25 per order to the customer. We will take before and after photos of each part to guarantee what we received and what we shipped to you are accurate.
Refinishing prices include the disassembly, preparation, refinishing, and reassembly of the parts.
Please provide adequate packaging for the parts being refinished. If none is available, Level 8 will package the parts as best as possible, however it is always better if the items come in their dedicated bag/case.
Warranty Information:
Level 8 will guarantee any finish applied to a part or firearm to be free from defects. These include: flaking, peeling, cracking, and other paint related failures. This warranty does not include scratches, wear, abrasion, and other failures in the coating due to use. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the refinishing and proof of purchase must be supplied to Level 8.
Items not covered by the above warranty are soft products, including rubber, plastic, elastic products that do not have an ideal surface for proper CerakoteTM adherence.

Level 8 uses an efficient, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to CNC machine and turn your custom engineered metal and plastic components. We can handle difficult 3D surfaces and 5 axis milling. We work directly from your CAD data (IGES, STEP, DXF, SLD) or drawings if no data is available.
In addition to our in house capabilities we have a time tested array of sub-contractors to handle almost any plating, or heat treating.
